Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Hale came to Bellingham for Thanksgiving and were finally able to meet Baby Parker! It was really great to get to see them. It had been a long time since we had seen them and we really missed them!

Parker's 1 Month Pictures

We had Parker's 1 month pictures taken on Nov 18, 2008 and had some family pictures taken as well. Little Parker wasn't too cooperative and wanted to either sleep or cry! He was especially unhappy when we undressed him to try to get a few naked baby pictures. This really stressed his Mommy out! The photographer at Artiem Photography did a good job though and we were impressed that there were actually a few good pictures! It is hard to believe that it's already time for his 3 month pictures...time flies when you are having fun!

Taking a picture for the birth announcement!

Well anyone who knows Lisa knows she is a bit of a perfectionist and this trait did not diminish when it was time to take a picture for Parker's birth announcement. So Mommy set up the Boppy pillow and covered it in a blanket then put him in it. Then the tough part came! Trying to get that perfect picture! Here are some of the pictures and I'll try to scan the birth announcement in and add later!

Parker loves his paintings

Here's another video of parker. One thing we've found is that he loves to stare at the paintings on the wall above his changing table. He'll be fussy & none to happy when we set him down to change his diaper, but once he sees those paintings he becomes a happy little man. -JN-

Parker's First Real Bath

Well, here's Parker's first real bath. He wasn't quite sure what to think about it, come to think of it, I don't think he really enjoyed it at all. His crying concerned Maya (the dog), so she whined the whole time. We pretty much had a kitchen full of whiners & criers. Oh the memories!

Aunt Kelsey brought Audrey and Hailey for a visit on Monday. Hailey loves to see her cousin Parker and she loves to hold him and take care of him. This time she had to share because little Audrey was fascinated with the baby and wanted to hold him too! Justin is also discovering that his basement has gone from the "man cave" to the children's play area. It is a good place for the little kids to run around and play games as well as watch movies. Poor Justin...say good bye to the man cave forever! (but he really enjoys the kids playing in the basement!)

On Sunday Uncle Ben, Aunt Jonnette and Jacob came to visit and meet Parker. We had a good time together. Jacob wasn't too sure about his Mommy holding a baby and he wanted in her lap! Little does he know he'll soon have a little baby brother or sister and he'll have to share Mommy's lap!

Jacob provided some assistance to Uncle Justin and Aunt Lisa by showing how many things need to be child-proofed in the house! Thank you Jacob!
